Connecting people, evidence, and implementation.

I’m an oncology nurse leader whose career has moved from direct patient care and navigation into program development, patient experience, digital health, and large-scale implementation.

That progression has shaped how I approach change in healthcare.

The best ideas do not succeed simply because the evidence is strong or the technology is available. They succeed when the people affected by the work help shape it—and when the resulting workflows make sense in everyday care.

My work focuses on creating that alignment: bringing together patient experience, clinical expertise, operational needs, technology, and evidence to build programs that can make a meaningful and sustainable difference.

My journey

I started in direct patient care. It taught me how much of a person’s experience of illness happens between appointments, and how often the system only notices when something has already gone wrong. Navigation taught me the rest: how hard it can be to move through complex care, and how much a clear path and a reachable person change that experience.

Program development, patient experience, and digital health each widened the view. I learned to design for the whole system rather than the single encounter, to measure what patients would recognize as true, and to treat technology as a tool that has to earn its place in a clinician’s day.

Large-scale implementation is where those threads come together, at the intersection of patient voice, clinical expertise, operational reality, and evidence. I bring people together across those perspectives and help turn good ideas into programs that hold up in everyday care.
