Bridging the gap between research evidence and routine clinical practice through workflow development, stakeholder engagement, implementation strategy, and continuous improvement.
From Evidence to Implementation
Where the evidence for an intervention is strong, the harder question is how to turn a study protocol into a routine that fits a clinic that was not built around it.
This work bridges that distance. I start with what the evidence actually requires, separate it from what a study happened to do, and design a workflow around the essentials: who asks, who reviews, who responds, and how quickly. Then I work with the people who will run it to refine the workflow against the realities of staffing, scheduling, documentation, and the tools already in use.
Implementation strategy is not finished at launch. I build in the measurement and the feedback loops that let a team see what is working, notice drift early, and keep improving after the initial attention has moved on.
